Professionally trained as a coach and consultant, Kimberly combines key disciplines, merging wellness and productivity into the perfect intersection helping others achieve optimal outcomes in work and play.
She uses her professional training from Duke Integrative Medicine (IHCPT) and her consultant certifications with Kolbe™, Predictive Index™, and Full Focus Planner ™, Certified Pro, to help clients reach peak performance both personally and professionally. In business and in life.
Kimberly has spent years working across the various work sectors, to include non-profits, start-ups, and Corporate America. She relates to her clients having personally experienced a lay-off, and successfully gone through a merger and acquisition after helping a startup grow from 375K its first year to 10 million at time of its acquisition.
She’s also navigated her share of personal challenges and heart ache. Divorce then the joys of re-marriage and integrating a non-nuclear family. She’s dealt with her breast cancer diagnosis and the loss of her parents, and the loss of her brother due to complications caused by his alcoholism.
